♡ Terms of Service ♡
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following term of services
General
✦ I reserves the right to refuse any commission request if I deem to be unfit for the request.
✦ Please provide clear references for all services requested.
✦ Client's file will be kept in my google drive for 1 month only.
✦ I reserves the right to use the commissions for any kind of self-promotion.
Copyright & Usage
✦ Please credit my socials @Yuyuuworks(Twitter) when using commissioned files.
✦ Clients do not have the rights to redistribute, resell or edit any commissioned piece.
✦ All commissioned piece include basic commercial usage only unless mentioned otherwise.
(For example, usage on streaming platforms such as Twitter, Twitch & YouTube)
✦ Full commercial fees applies, such as selling of merchandise or for any intention of generating profit. (x2 of total price)
✦ I reserves the right to use the commissions for any kind of self-promotion.
✦ NDA fees will be charged if you intent to stay fully private till debut.
✦ I do not take any responsibilities if any of the art provided by the client violates any copyright issue.
Commission Process
✦ All commissions will take approx. 2 - 4 weeks.
✦ Commission will officially start after payments are made.
✦ Please provide deadlines if any.
✦ Rush fees applies if needed. Rush fee + 75% - 100% (depends on schedule)
✦ Client will be updated with all progress.
✦ Any extra revision needed beside the free revisions will be charged additionally.
✦ No revision for the design once entered animation phase. Any revisions needed will be charged additionally.
✦ Clients are to maintain communicative throughout the whole process.
✦ If there is no response for more than 30 days, all projects will be terminated without refunds.
Payments & Cancellation
✦ All payments are in USD and are payable through PayPal only.
✦ All prices does not include any tax. All tax will be borne by clients.
✦ For commission that are $100 and below, payment must be made full upfront.
✦ For commission that are more than $100, client can choose to make 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery.
✦ Clients are required to send payment within 3 days after invoice is issued, unless agreed otherwise.
✦ Full refund will be made if for any reason, unable to complete the commission.
✦ Client may cancel request before payment is made.
✦ There will be no refunds once work is started.
